DENYING COMMISSIONS

First and foremost, I have the right to deny any commission for any reason. If there is something I either don't feel confident doing, don't feel comfortable drawing, or think is too complicated, I will politely deny the request and refund the customer if payment was already sent.

 

PAYMENT

Payment for commissions will be done through PayPal only.

Payments will be sent in $USD!

 

For larger payments, I require half on request and half on delivery. You will get periodic updates as I make changes. You'll receive a low quality, watermarked image upon finishing. Once the other half of payment is sent, you'll receive the full resolution, unwatermarked piece!

REFUNDING

As stated previously, refunds are only applicable in the event that I don't feel comfortable or confident continuing or starting a piece.

REQUESTING CHANGES

Of course, you're allowed to request changes to your commission! But if it becomes overbearing or disrespectful, I will choose to either continue or refund you.
